The all-new X5M crossover will make its world premiere at New York Auto Show 2009. The model is powered by the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that delivers 555-horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 500 lb-ft of torque from 1500 to 5,650 rpm - however, note that these are the U.S. market models' specifications.

That very engine will allow you to take all the xDrive all-wheel-drive goodness from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. Not to mention, that’s faster than the BMW M3 Coupe which BMW says goes from 0 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds.
